About Tanning Machines
There are two kinds of tanning machines. The first one is where you lie on a sunbed that is a capsule. Inside the capsule, the tanning bed client will have to lie down on a sheet of Plexiglass. Bright UVA and/or UVB bulbs will tan the client evenly without the need to move or flip. The second kind of tanning machine is not a bed but more of a tanning booth.
This tanning booth is often referred to as a stand up system. The idea for this originated from the tanning bed. The tanning salon client needs to step inside the vertical chamber where an ultraviolet spectrum of rays will mimic the effects of the sun to the colour of one’s skin. UVA rays then penetrate the skin’s deeper layers, without causing damage to top layers but you should always use a non-tingle sunbed cream as it not only protects the skin but accelerates the tanning processing meaning you need less time to get the level of tan that you want.
