Junk food as the name is called flashes yummy delicious snacky food stuffs in one’s mind. All age group people long over the junk foods as they are tasty and can be the best time pass one can hang over to.
These tasty junk foods are filled with complete junk nutrients that trigger most of the diseases in the body. As there are no specific energy producers in the junk food they are considered as a time pass stomach fillers. Artificial sweeteners and taste stimulators are added in excess that makes the food delicious.

- Soft drinks are more harmful competing with that of solid junks. As regular consumption of soft drinks leads to increase in kidney stones, bone weakness, obesity, dental issues, type 2 diabetics and many more.
