The FDA recently approved a new “miracle” wrinkle remover

Its name is Xeomin.

In commenting on it, one Fort Myers cosmetic surgeon said, “Don’t ask me how to pronounce it. But more competition is better than less. The price competition will be great both for doctors and, more important, patients.

Botox was FDA-approved in 2002 and grew to a $1.3 billion industry. Dysport was approved in 2009 and in that short period of time it has garnered maybe 20 % of the market.

The new Xeomin will be made by Merz – in Restylene form – and be available in the spring. A big question remains: how will Xeomin do relative to Botox and Dysport?

Depending on price and persistence, Xeomin has the potential to be a huge winner.

No Age Limit to Changing Hair Color Styles

Personal care is a multibillion dollar business these days, but unfortunately that’s caring about the outside appearance rather than the inside body and mind. Okay, so some might say that when we look good on the outside, we feel good on the in, but this is not always the case. One of the most purchased beauty products is the range offered to change hair color styles, hair shape, hair smell, and of course, the feel of that crop on top. Hair care is big business not only with women but among men too, especially teenage boys up to mid twenties. This is why there is no shortage of new products for enhancing the look of both hair and body. Today’s young chaps are even wearing make-up these days and it has nothing to do with being gay, bi, or getting in touch with their feminine side, but simply because the girls like pretty boys who are clean cut ant cute. The age of the pony tailed tattooed carpet monster is long gone, and the few that are still standing protecting their masculinity are the ones that will remain single unless they already managed to snare some poor girly girl into marrying them. Older generations think the youth has gone completely mad, but whatever you views about it all, at least the young fashion conscious lads of today are not grubby, unkempt individuals with dishevelled hair, scruffy dress, and filthy finger nails!
