With external hemorrhoids blood clots may form, it is known as a Thrombosed external hemorrhoid which causes bleeding, painful swelling, even a hard lump around the anus. In these cases, once the blood clot is dissolved it leaves behind extra skin that becomes easily irritated and itchy. Excessive cleaning of the anus or straining can make these symptoms worsen. If you’ve put off losing weight for too long, you’ll probably find that getting rid of those generously proportioned love handles can be all but impossible. The number of people that get constipated from the HCG diet is quite high. The reason for that is mostly scientific. It is a side effect of the hormone that is being put in your body to help you lose weight. But that doesn’t mean you have to suffer from the HCG diet causing constipation. The study also found that some people really have no idea where fiber comes from. About 20% of the respondents thought that meats and dairy foods would have a lot of fiber to help meet their daily requirements. Others even thought they could find fiber in their water, which they knew they needed to drink a lot of.
So where is fiber best found? Vegetables and fruits are your first source of foods with fiber. These are all natural fiber foods that are great for the body. Additionally, you can look to legumes and beans as high fiber foods.
Also, if you don’t think you’re eating enough fiber in your normal daily diet, you can look to nutritional supplements that contain fiber. There are plenty of fiber supplements on the market. If you’re not sure where to find them, very often they are with the constipation relief items on the shelf because fiber is also a great way to stave off constipation as it keeps waste in the body smoothly flowing through the system and finally out as a waste product.

Well, at this point there is no real cure for Irritable Bowel Syndrome, but there are some things that have been shown to make things a little better. Here’s a look:
